Job description:
We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Product Designer to join our studio to play a pivotal role in guiding product flow from ideation to production.
Leveraging your creativity and expertise, you will be responsible for developing innovative ideas, conducting user research, crafting wireframes, and designing high-quality assets that elevate our product experience.
You will collaborate closely with various domains within the organization to build exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user-centric interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Possess very strong communication skills and can thoroughly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement changes to improve the overall design and usability.
- Collaborate with the product team to conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback and data.
- Develop and maintain design systems that can be used across multiple products and platforms.
- Manage your own time and workflow efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in B2C environments.
- Proven experience in designing mobile applications, web-based products, marketing campaigns, and strong graphic design principles.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to a diverse team.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Adaptable, open to change, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, with excellent prioritization skills and a strong ability to meet deadlines.
