Growth Product Manager

We’re seeking a creative self-starter with strong domain expertise in performance marketing to develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a strong background in paid acquisition marketing. You will lead and grow the team, creating a predictable and scalable digital customer acquisition engine. In your day-to-day role, you will have full ownership of our paid media spend, digital channel mix, and user funnel optimization.
Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Enhance User Experience: Optimize how we communicate our value across products and marketing channels to create a seamless user journey from acquisition to retention.
- Drive Innovation: Find and explore new ways to grow—whether by trying out new strategies or reworking previous ones. You’ll lead these projects, using data to improve and expand what works.
- Advocate for Users: Bring the user’s voice to the forefront, understanding their needs and ensuring that - ReasonLabs resonates with their values and experiences.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with diverse teams, including Product, User Acquisition, Design, R&D, Content, and Customer Support, to realize the vision and drive results.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in product marketing or growth product roles within a B2C tech environment, with a strong focus on growth.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working hands-on with data, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing insights to inform decisions.
- Organized and Proactive: Self-motivated and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects effectively while having a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
